Asia Legal Counsel (6-8 yrs pqe) Shanghai

Reference: 8602/HI

Provide support to multiple business units operating throughout China and the Asia region. The role will involve contract drafting and negotiations related to software license agreements, design agreements, evaluation agreements and non-disclosure agreements. Bright, ethical and commercially astute candidates with solid contract drafting skills, with exposure to IP licensing will excel. Must possess native Mandarin skills and fluency in English.
