VP Legal (15 yrs pqe) Hong Kong

This is a wide ranging role to provide leadership and management to various departments including: compliance, legal and company secretarial, contracts, transactions, and general support to the business. You need at least 3 years in a senior position of compliance / legal / company secretarial / auditing for a well diversified corporate or Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed company. A thorough understanding of the entertainment, hospitality, leisure and/or gaming businesses is required. Only those with a high-level of integrity will be considered. Ref: 8454/HI
