Sole Legal Counsel (8 yrs pqe) Hong Kong

Take up a Sole Counsel position handling all of SEA for this technology company. To qualify, candidates need a broad mix of experience in commercial, corporate, compliance, litigation, etc. gained from reputable law firms and MNCs. Additional aspects that will be an advantage are: experience or background in construction law; cross border or regional experience; exposure to US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
