Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will see you participate as a senior executive team member in strategic business planning, growth and development. You will also lead, supervise and implement various internal service functions within the company whilst ensuring the company meets its statutory and legal obligations under the relevant legislation.
Ideally, you will have the following:
· Tertiary qualifications in Law, Corporate Governance, Business Administration;
· Sound understanding of board practices and the principles of corporate governance and the regulatory environment;
· Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of contract law and legislation relating to company activities.
· Ability to maintain Corporate Register and record, develop and maintain the company’s risk management activities; and
· Experience in managing and developing human resource policies and strategies.
