Baqer finished his first degree in Kenya in Business Management before relocating to the UK. He finished his MA in International HR at London Metropolitan University before joining the promotions industry working as an Area Manager. Baqer specialises in placing all levels of lawyers into private practice, both in the South East UK region and in the Middle East. A keen sportsman, Baqer has played for the Kenya Under-19 cricket team and still turns out regularly in the Surrey Championship. He also enjoys playing table tennis, hockey and supports Manchester United Football Club. He is also a keen traveller.
