Focusing on a designated region, our consultants – several of whom live and have practiced law in their area – get under the skin of the local legal community and become a part of it. We can discuss the evolution of the firms in the area, their future plans and prospects. We recruit for law firms of all sizes from the largest commercial practices to smaller high street firms; and cover all levels of experience from relocating equity partners from Magic Circle firms, to placing newly qualified lawyers in their first professional posts.

We speak to partners and key decision makers and therefore have a high level of knowledge of the firms and their strategies.  We aim to become a trusted advisor to our clients and become part of their business development process.  We are often aware of opportunities that are not common knowledge in the market, or can approach firms to create an opportunity where no role exists – in fact over a third of our placements result from initiatives of this kind.
