Robyn George-Neich - Manager
Robyn joined Hughes-Castell in 2001, as the Financial Controller. In 2004 she took on the role of Manager of the NZ business, and has excelled in that role. She brings a wealth of experience and a vibrant personality to the business. Her unique sense of humour helps her balance the demands of being a working mother.

Auckland
Mark Simpson - Consultant
Mark joined Hughes-Castell in New Zealand at the beginning of 2007. He has a conjoint law (honours) and commerce degree from the University of Auckland graduating in 1991. He worked initially as a solicitor and associate specialising in banking and finance for leading Auckland law firms, and more recently has also worked as an in-house legal counsel for two of the larger trading banks. Mark recruits for both law firms and in-house roles. He is also experienced in helping New Zealand lawyers find roles in overseas jurisdictions. He is the Middle East specialist.

Michelle Jordan – Consultant
Michelle completed a BA LLB degree at the University of Natal in 1994. She practised as an attorney in South Africa for 10 years, which included working for a prominent commercial litigation firm and opening her own practice in 2005 (specialising in family law). Michelle and her family moved to New Zealand in September 2007 and she decided to change her career path by recently joining Hughes-Castell. Michelle and her husband spend their weekends exploring their new country while chasing after their toddler. They are looking forward to playing the long list of NZ golf courses.

Wellington
Elizabeth Baird - Consultant
Elizabeth completed her Commerce degree from Victoria University in 2008 and has recently become a consultant after joining Hughes-Castell in 2006 as part time support staff while she was still studying. Prior to joining Hughes-Castell, she spent some time backpacking around Europe, America and the Pacific and upon her return to Wellington she worked as a PA in a top tier law firm. Elizabeth is hoping her degree with majors in HR and Management, as well as her previous experience within Hughes-Castell will provide a solid base for her recruitment career. Elizabeth enjoys travel, indoor netball, reading and (slowly) renovating her newly bought home.
