Pearline Teo
Pearline has extensive legal recruitment experience with an excellent understanding of the market, having worked with a large portfolio of clients across different industries. She is responsible for developing and expanding mid-level to senior-level searches in Singapore and South East Asia and is the General Manager of Hughes-Castell’s Singapore subsidiary. She holds an Honours degree in Law from University of Leicester, UK and a Masters Law degree from the National University of Singapore. She speaks fluent English and Mandarin. Having worked with multinationals, locally listed companies, as well as both international and local law firms, she is well-versed with their hiring needs. Prior to her current appointment, she was with a major US-listed search and recruitment firm where she made many successful placements and provided clients with customized solutions.

Ving Mei SeeTho
Ving Mei is a consultant with Hughes-Castell’s Singapore office, responsible for mid to senior-level recruitment roles. She works closely with, and has successfully placed candidates at, a broad spectrum of top local companies and MNC, as well as top-tier local and international law firms. She is well-versed with market conditions and the hiring needs of our clients. Prior to joining Hughes-Castell, Ving Mei was a legal practitioner. She started out as a litigation lawyer but spent the last 6 years of her legal career focusing on general corporate work, corporate finance and M&A. She holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Hull, UK.

Pam Tan-Smith
Pam started her career as a Financial Advisor for 10 years, focusing on insurance & estate planning with Prudential Assurance. In the last 5 years, she has gained her recruitment experience with 2 major recruitment consultancies in Singapore where she focused in recruiting for the Banking and Financial Services sector handling mid to senior level positions in product control, accounting, finance, audit and compliance positions. With her years of experience in providing advice on talent management, collaborating closely with clients and dealing with seasoned candidates she has an excellent understanding of the recruitment process. Pam now joins Hughes-Castell in applying these skill sets to recruitment of legal and compliance professionals.
