Since its inception in 1998, Hughes-Castell’s French team has been assisting law firms on both their associate and partner level recruitment needs as well as providing ongoing advice on market and salary trends. By forging close relationships with clients, based on trust and respect, we have introduced associates who have often gone on to become partners themselves and have returned to us to recruit new associates for their teams. We also have a strong track record in lateral hires and have often instigated partnerships between firms, sometimes leading to mergers.
