Lucy started her career in 2000 with leading legal recruiter Chadwick Nott, specialising in sourcing lawyers for private practice clients in the London market. She dealt with lawyers from newly qualified up to partner level as well as being involved in advertising campaigns on a national and international level for both Magic Circle and boutique practices.
In early 2006 Lucy moved to Sydney and has worked again within private practice acting for top tier, mid tier and US law firms. She is also involved in partner recruitment
