Libby has over 5 years experience in legal practice and legal recruitment. Her practice experience spans the private and government sectors. She transitioned into legal recruitment in 2004 and joined Hughes-Castell in June 2005. Her recruitment expertise encompasses in-house and private practice. Over the years, she has enjoyed recruiting for blue chip corporates, state and federal government, quasi government authorities, as well as major banking and financial institutions. Her current clients include a mix of boutique, mid and top tier national and international firms.
