Karen joined Hughes-Castell in July 2001 and has approximately twenty five years combined experience in the corporate and legal recruitment/HR industries. Karen has also been involved in both the human resources and managerial areas of law firms and in the corporate sector. As Director of Hughes-Castell Australia, Karen is responsible for the entire company operation nationally.
