Cassandra is highly experienced in recruiting lawyers of all levels from solicitors to partners and general counsel. She leads an energetic and proactive team specialising in recruiting lawyers throughout the private practice, in-house and government sectors.
Cassandra has enjoyed a long and successful career with Hughes-Castell over the past seven plus years. She initially joined our London office where she recruited lawyers both internationally and locally. She subsequently returned to Australia to take up a national role, specialising in recruiting in-house legal counsel. She has since settled in Brisbane and become manager of Hughes-Castell Brisbane. In her life before Hughes-Castell, Cassandra was a qualified solicitor and her experiences in both private practice and in-house have added to her extensive industry knowledge and understanding.
